We respect your privacy. This policy explains what data Timeless Compass collects, how it is used, and the rights you have.
1. Data we collect
Account data (email address and sign-in method, e.g. email/password or Google); usage data (the questions you enter, chart times, saved charts and AI readings, expert-mode follow-ups, quiz answers and results, comments and ratings); transaction data (Stardust balance, purchase and refund status); technical data (basic browser information and error logs). We do not store full card details.
2. How we use it
To provide and improve chart casting and readings, show your personal history, manage Stardust and purchases, moderate comments, prevent abuse, and troubleshoot technical issues.
3. Third-party processors
Accounts, database and server functionality are provided by Lovable Cloud; AI readings are generated by third-party AI model providers; payments (when enabled) are handled by a payment provider. The question text you submit is sent to the AI service to generate the reading.
4. Cookies and local storage
We use browser local storage to keep you signed in and remember interface preferences. It is not used for cross-site advertising tracking. If advertising or analytics tools are added later, this page will be updated.
5. Retention and deletion
Your charts and account data are kept until you ask us to delete them. You may email us to access, correct or delete your account and related records. Deleting an account removes its records and any remaining Stardust permanently.
6. Security
Database-level access controls ensure you can only read your own records. However, no transmission or storage method can be guaranteed absolutely secure.
7. Children's privacy
We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18. If you believe we have, contact us and we will delete it.

This policy may be updated from time to time; the latest version is always published on this page.
